Definitively the feminine voices in the metal, IT’S VERY TOP!!!, this time it is about 69 CHAMBERS, Swiss trio led by Nina Vetterli-Treml (Voice, Guitar, Under), also conforms it Tommy Vetterli (Guitar) and Diego Rapacchietti (drums).
69 Chambers this formed from the 2001, and they have two albums, “War On The Inside” the 2009 and “Torque” released via Massacre Records this 2012 at the end of last month of April.

The members of this band like to call their music a minefield of contradictions, combining brutality with pop sensibility in an array of in-yourface rock and metal songs. Led by beautiful multi-instrumentalist and frontwoman Nina Vetterli-Treml, they combine outstanding musicianship with a voice that has been described as somewhere between “Tori Amos goes metal” and “Alanis Morissette with balls”.
The coalition of styles in its most recent production and the delicious mixture of Nina’s angelical voice, contrasts perfectly with the guttural of Tommy and that stupendous one lines musical.
On our behalf it is complicated to describe the music of 69 Chambers, because has many shades, rhythms weighed by moments near to the gothic rock and on the other time more dynamic riff, bringing near them to the alternative rock, nu-metal and I don’t know how many things but. But YES we are sure, it is that this trio will give a lot that to speak for this side of the terraqueous globe.
This is the video-clip of “The Day of the Locust”, track from their first work War On The Inside.
